I am a multidisciplinary creative enthusiast. Whenever a project gets my attention I am in it with my whole heart.

After a degree in fashion design (2003) and a master in interior architecture (2008), I took on the field of graphic design and photography and soon started creating videos. For the video “The Bollywood Movie Star” I was honored with the German Webvideo Award ( Deutscher Webvideo Preis, 2012 ).

In late 2013 my travel book “Journeyman” was released and translated into many different languages – it became an international bestseller and I started to become a frequent speaker at well known conferences such as TEDxBerlin, TEDxUniversityofNicosia and re:publica. In 2016 I was a host of the 4-episode TV reportage “Follow Us” on german channel ProSieben. Soon after my daughter was born with down-syndrome I wrote my second book “Mit anderen Augen” (2018) about our live as a family which again became a bestseller. Whenever I'm not on a surf trip with my family, I am based in Berlin where I take on freelance jobs as graphic designer or photographer and consult companies or artists on new projects.
